Shipping Information
Please Expect 3 - 5 Business Days For Delivery within continental USA.
- SHIPPING PROCEDURES
- SHIPPING COSTS ARE 13% of the total of your order. There is a minimum $45 shipping charge.(with the exception of accessories). The web site will calculate your order with shipping charges and you will not be charged unless you click the submit button.
- We attempt to ship your order by the quickest, most economical method. We use many different companies to deliver orders. The company used for shipping is determined by our shipping department at the items departure. This is principally determined by the dimensions of the item(s). When you place an order, the web site will automatically calculate your shipping charges. If your order total is over $500 someone will have to be present to sign for your order. If this is not possible, please change your shipping address to one that will have someone available or make further arrangements.
- If you prefer to expedite your order, you may call us toll-free at (888)453-0599 after submitting the order and we will quote your shipping charges over the telephone and complete your order. SOME areas may not have available expedited shipping. Expedited shipping starts from the day it leaves our warehouse. For example, Next Day Air would be the Next Day after it leaves our warehouse.
Some items are very large and may have to ship by Freight truck LTL. In this case , unlike UPS , you must be present to sign for the package. The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery. The boxes are large and awkward and you may need 2 people to unload the packages. The truck driver is not required to bring the package to your door. In some situations the large truck may not be able to get to your house. The freight company will contact you for delivery arrangements, such as shipping to a business location. Christmas Done Bright is not responsible for refusal of shipment due to the above factors. Customer will be charged for shipping and return to origin.
- ORDERS REFUSED BY THE CUSTOMER UPON DELIVERY
- If the customer refuses an order, they will be charged all shipping costs. If your order appears to be damaged, please accept delivery and contact us immediately. Do not refuse shipment. If there is any damage, we will replace your item(s) and handle all claims.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you have placed an order with Christmas Done Bright and wish to cancel the order, call (888) 453-0599. If the order has already departed from our shipping department at the time of cancellation or the customer refuses shipment upon delivery, the customer is fully responsible and will be charged shipping to the destination and return to its origin. If the customer cancels the order before it has left our shipping department, there will be no charge.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: As of January 1, 2010, we cannot accept international orders.
