GUARANTEES
Christmas Done Bright, Inc. guarantees the workmanship and quality of our products. If there are defects in the product or the product is not as described or as ordered, it will be accepted for return according to the policy defined below. Note that there is a short time limit for requesting returns so please check out the products upon receipt and report problems immediately by calling 1-615-212-0055.
No other guarantees are made. We can not guarantee the availability of any item and prices are subject to change without notice, notwithstanding published items or prices.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have placed an order with Christmas Done Bright and wish to cancel the order, call 615-212-0055. If the order has already departed from our shipping department at the time of cancellation or the customer refuses shipment upon delivery, the customer is fully responsible and will be charged shipping to the destination and return to its origin. If the customer cancels the order before it has left our shipping department, there will be no charge.
PAYMENT POLICY
If we can not obtain a satisfactory authorization from your credit card company, we will delay filling your order. However, we will contact you about the situation and you can select another method of payment.
If you are paying by check, are phoning in your credit card information or you have received a shipping quote, requiring continuation of the ordering process, we must receive payment or order completion within 7 days of the order placement or your order will be cancelled.
RETURNS AND ADJUSTMENTS
Damaged or Defective Products. Upon receipt of a damaged shipping container, you must contact us at 1-615-212-0055 immediately. Save the original packaging and do not use the damaged items. Use of the items voids your guarantee and will prevent your receiving a replacement.
In the event that damaged or defective items are to be returned it is essential that you contact us within 5 days after receipt of shipment to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without this number clearly written on the outside of the packaging. In the case of damaged or defective merchandise, we will pay for the return shipping.. We will make every effort to replace the item(s) with identical product. If such is not available, you may receive your payment back or substitute any available item of equal value. If you choose a more expensive item, the value of the returned item will be credited to the new order and you will be charged for the excess cost. If you choose an item of lesser value, no additional credit or return of partial payment will be afforded.
Return of items other than damaged or defective. If you wish to return an item for any reason other than above, you must contact us within 5 days after receipt of shipment and obtain a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number will not be issued if return request is received after 5 days following shipment receipt. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number clearly displayed on the outside of the returned package. All such items must be returned to us by prepaid shipping and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not credit shipping and handling charges. Merchandise designed for a particular holiday, e.g., a Santa for Christmas, and purchased before that specific holiday may not be returned for any reason after that holiday has passed. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
